1. Description

For candidates who have been eliminated, we can set some commonly used reasons for elimination, and turn on or off the function of selecting reasons for elimination in the settings management. When turned on, it is a required item. It should be noted that if the candidate is rejected in the "pre-screening" status, you cannot choose the reason for elimination.

2. Setting method

2.1 Click the "Settings" button at left bar and select [Archiving Reason]. You can turn this function on or off.

2.2 After turning it on, corresponding options will appear that need to be selected when eliminating candidates.

3. You can Create new reasons by hitting [create reason], and choose the type.
