Second, why the candidate recruitment status shows refused after the headhunter successfully recommends the candidate successfully
When the position is closed and the prompt【Confirm Change Status to
Closed Recruitment】 pops up, after ticking the headhunter, the headhunter will receive a prompt that the position is closed, and the closed position will not be displayed from the headhunter side.
If the position is closed without ticking the headhunter, then the headhunter will not receive the job closure prompts, and the closed jobs
will still be displayed on the headhunter side and recommend the CV shows that the recommendation is successful, but return to the interface
of the candidate recruitment status will be displayed as a rejection.
Third, example of Q&A scenarios
1. Position A is released by HR to all recruitment channels (including headhunting channels), which is closing one month later with the completion of the recruitment. When closing the position, the HR does not tick the headhunter on the prompt [close the position]. Therefore, the headhunter will not receive a reminder of job closure and continue to recommend CVs. But the candidate's recruitment status directly shows refusal when returning to the candidate interface.
2. Three HR released three positions with the same name open to the headhunter, one month later the HR closes one of which after its completion of recruitment. But the HR does not tick the headhunter on the prompt [close the position] when closing the position so the position will continue to be displayed to the headhunter, because of the same name, the headhunter is difficult to distinguish positions. Then there is possibility that the resume will be recommended to the closed position, and the recommendation will seem to be successful, but the recruitment status of the candidate directly shows rejection.
