1、Manual rejection

1.1 Candidates eliminated at the initial screening stage do not need to select the reason for their rejection. The reason is automatically categorized as "we have rejected the candidate", and there is no need to select a specific talent pool when rejecting the candidate; the default is the public talent pool of the system, or the talent pool under the "rejected automatic filing" set under the position.

1.2 Candidates [to be rejected] under other phases

① The reason for filing will only show the "we rejected the candidate" part.

②Optional reasons are derived from "Archive reasons".
