HR can share pools that are owned by them with hiring managers or interviewers. The shared talent pool is available to the shared hiring manager or interviewer on the Talent Pool page.

You can filter resumes by conditions at the top of the page; select the sorting of resumes on the right side.

Hiring manager or interviewer can recommend their favorite candidates to other positions with one click, and the recommended candidates will enter the resume screening stage of the position.
