If you have turned on browser notifications on your Moka system, but you are still not receiving notifications, it is possible that you have disabled notifications on your browser, so you can turn on browser notifications as follows.
Chrome
Step 1
In the address bar of your browser, type: chrome://settings/content/notifications
Step 2
Find https://app.mokahr.com in Banning
Step 3 Select Allow

Step 1 Type in your browser: se://settings/content
Step 2
Check the notification setting, if it is "Do not allow any websites to show desktop notifications", please change it to "Ask me when websites try to show desktop notifications (recommended)".
If "Don't allow any website to show desktop notifications" is not set, then check the management exceptions, if there is https://app.mokahr.com is disabled, remove it.
Safari
Step 1
Open Safari in the macOS browser on macOS, and click "Safari" in the menu bar, then select "Preferences".
Step 2
Select the website in the pop-up window and click on the "Notifications" tab.
Step 3
Find app.mokahr.com on the right side of the websites requesting permission to display alerts in the "Notification Center" and set it to Allow.
